Latex gloves

By HousekeepingChannel.com

Latex gloves offer superior grip during slippery jobs as well as protection against bacteria and harsh chemicals. They form an effective barrier against paint, oil, dyes, water-based chemicals, and expanding foams used in crack sealing and insulation.

Durable latex gloves are reusable, and most offer puncture resistance.

Disposable latex gloves are similar to those worn by health-care professionals. They’re highly useful for jobs such as cleaning toilets or clearing drains, where you need protection from bacteria, and for any other job calling for the use of harsh chemicals such as bleach or acids. Typically sold in bulk packages, disposable latex gloves cost less than 25 cents a pair.

Naturally, do not use these if you have an allergy to latex.
