Icynene is a 100% water-blown, environmentally-preferable, foam insulation and air barrier system. When applied, it expands to fill in every crack and crevice to create a complete air seal; minimizing air leakage, condensation, and entry of allergens and pollutants. Icynene remains flexible, which keeps the building envelope seal intact over time, but doesn't shrink, sag, or settle. These properties contribute to increased energy efficiency, healthier indoor environment, reduced airborne sounds, and greater design freedom. Icynene is available in two formulas:
