While they may not have asthma, allergies, or chemical sensitivities, they may have other life-draining health complaints such as chronic sinus irritation, sore throat, tiredness, mild depression, or insomnia. Often these symptoms are attributed to viruses, aging, hormones, or tension. Sometimes these factors really do contribute to these maladies.
